خصوصيتك تهمنا. هذي الصفحة توضح وش البيانات اللي نجمعها في سوق الفريج، وليش، ومين يقدر يشوفها.

البيانات اللي نجمعها

• الإيميل: عشان تسجل دخول برمز يوصلك عليه. ما يطلع لأحد.
• الاسم اللي تختاره: يطلع على إعلاناتك.
• رقم التواصل: يطلع بس للأعضاء المسجلين لما يضغطون «تواصل» في إعلانك.
• الرسائل الخاصة: اللي ترسلها لعضو ثاني داخل الموقع. يقراها بس أنت والطرف الثاني، وما نطّلع عليها إلا إذا وصلنا بلاغ عن احتيال أو إساءة.
• إعلاناتك وصورها: تطلع لكل الناس لين تحذفها.
• البلاغات: اللي ترسلها عن الإعلانات، نستخدمها للمراجعة بس.
• بيانات تقنية بسيطة: مثل سجلات الخادم، لحماية الموقع من الإساءة.

أشياء تنحفظ في جهازك بس

المفضلة، واللغة، والوضع الليلي، ومنطقتك المختارة لخيار «القريب»، وعداد الصلاة على النبي ﷺ، كلها تنحفظ في متصفحك وما تنرسل لنا.

كيف نستخدم بياناتك

• تشغيل حسابك ونشر إعلاناتك وعرضها.
• توصيل المشترين فيك.
• منع الاحتيال ومراجعة البلاغات.
• الرد على استفساراتك.

مين يشوف بياناتك

ما نبيع بياناتك ولا نأجرها لأحد. البيانات محفوظة عند مزود قاعدة البيانات والاستضافة اللي نستخدمه (Supabase)، ويعالجها نيابة عنا بس. ونعطي الجهات الرسمية المعلومات إذا طلبتها حسب القانون.

حقوقك

• تقدر تعدّل اسمك ورقمك من «حسابي» في أي وقت.
• تقدر تحذف أي إعلان من صفحته.
• تبا نحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك؟ تواصل معنا ونحذفها.

الحماية

الاتصال بالموقع مشفّر، والدخول يكون برمز يوصل إيميلك بدل كلمة سر. ونطبق صلاحيات تمنع أي أحد يعدّل إعلانات غيره. نسعى نلتزم بقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية في دولة الإمارات (المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم 45 لسنة 2021).

Your privacy matters to us. This page explains what data Souq Al Freej collects, why, and who can see it.

What we collect

• Email: so you can sign in with a code sent to it. It is never shown to anyone.
• The name you choose: shown on your ads.
• Contact number: shown only to signed-in members who tap Contact on your ad.
• Private messages: what you send another member inside the site. Only you and the other person can read them; we look at them only if fraud or abuse is reported.
• Your ads and photos: public until you delete them.
• Reports: the reports you send about ads, used only for review.
• Basic technical data: such as server logs, to protect the site from abuse.

What stays on your device

Favorites, language, dark mode, your chosen area for “Nearby” and the salawat counter are stored in your browser and are never sent to us.

How we use your data

• To run your account and publish and display your ads.
• To connect buyers with you.
• To prevent fraud and review reports.
• To answer your questions.

Who can see your data

We never sell or rent your data. It is stored with the database and hosting provider we use (Supabase), which processes it only on our behalf. We share information with official authorities when legally required.

Your rights

• Edit your name and number from “My account” at any time.
• Delete any ad from its page.
• Want your account and data deleted? Contact us and we will delete them.

Security

Connections to the site are encrypted, and sign-in uses a code sent to your email instead of a password. Access rules prevent anyone from editing other people’s ads. We aim to comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
