أهلاً فيك في سوق الفريج. استخدامك للموقع يعني إنك موافق على الشروط التالية، فاقرأها قبل ما تنشر أو تشتري.

١. وش هو سوق الفريج

سوق الفريج منصة إعلانات مبوبة تربط البائع بالمشتري داخل دولة الإمارات. المنصة مو طرف في أي عملية بيع، وما تملك السلع المعروضة، وما تستلم فلوس نيابة عن أحد، وما تاخذ عمولة على البيع.

٢. الحساب

• لازم تكون بالغ السن القانونية في دولة الإمارات عشان تسوي حساب وتنشر إعلانات.
• أنت مسؤول عن كل شي ينعمل من حسابك، فلا تعطي رمز الدخول لأي أحد.
• المعلومات اللي تحطها، مثل الاسم ورقم التواصل، لازم تكون صحيحة.

٣. شروط الإعلان

• تعلن بس عن سلعة أو خدمة تملكها أو مخوّل تبيعها.
• العنوان والوصف والسعر والصور لازم تكون صحيحة وتخص نفس السلعة.
• إعلان واحد لكل سلعة، في القسم الصحيح والإمارة الصحيحة.
• ممنوع تعلن عن أي شي في قائمة الممنوعات أو أي شي يخالف قوانين الدولة.
• ممنوع تحط أرقام أو روابط أو كلام مالها علاقة بالإعلان.

٤. التعامل بين البائع والمشتري

البيع والشراء يصير بينكم مباشرة، وأنتم المسؤولين عن التأكد من السلعة وحالتها وأوراقها وطريقة الدفع. ننصحك تعاين السلعة بنفسك وتقابل البائع في مكان عام، وما تحوّل أي مبلغ قبل الاستلام. شوف نصائح الأمان.

٥. المحتوى وحقوقه

إعلانك وصوره تبقى ملكك، وأنت تعطينا الحق نعرضها في الموقع ونرتبها ونشاركها في نتائج البحث والروابط اللي يشاركها الناس. تأكد إن الصور صورك أو عندك حق تستخدمها.

٦. حذف الإعلانات وإيقاف الحسابات

نقدر نحذف أي إعلان أو نوقف أي حساب يخالف هذي الاتفاقية أو القانون، أو فيه بلاغات احتيال، بدون إشعار مسبق. ونتعاون مع الجهات الرسمية إذا طلبت معلومات حسب القانون.

٧. حدود المسؤولية

الموقع يُقدَّم مثل ما هو. ما نضمن صحة الإعلانات أو جودة السلع أو التزام الأطراف، وما نتحمل أي خسارة تصير بسبب تعامل بين المستخدمين. نسوي جهدنا نحافظ على الموقع شغال وآمن، لكن ممكن يوقف أحياناً للصيانة.

٨. القانون

هذي الاتفاقية تخضع لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

٩. التعديلات

ممكن نحدّث هذي الاتفاقية، ونكتب تاريخ آخر تحديث فوق. استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك عليه.

Welcome to Souq Al Freej. By using the site you agree to the terms below, so please read them before you post or buy.

1. What Souq Al Freej is

Souq Al Freej is a classifieds platform that connects sellers and buyers in the United Arab Emirates. The platform is not a party to any sale, does not own the items listed, does not collect money on anyone’s behalf and takes no commission on sales.

2. Your account

• You must be of legal age in the UAE to create an account and post ads.
• You are responsible for everything done from your account, so never share your sign-in code.
• The details you provide, such as your name and contact number, must be accurate.

3. Ad rules

• Only list items or services you own or are authorised to sell.
• Title, description, price and photos must be accurate and belong to the same item.
• One ad per item, in the right category and emirate.
• Do not list anything on the prohibited items list or anything that breaks UAE law.
• Do not add numbers, links or text unrelated to the ad.

4. Dealing with each other

Sales happen directly between you. You are responsible for checking the item, its condition, its documents and the payment method. See the item yourself, meet in a public place and never pay before you receive it. Read the safety tips.

5. Your content

Your ad and photos remain yours. You allow us to display them on the site, arrange them, and show them in search results and in links people share. Make sure the photos are yours or that you have the right to use them.

6. Removing ads and accounts

We may remove any ad or suspend any account that breaks these terms or the law, or that receives fraud reports, without notice. We cooperate with official authorities when they request information under the law.

7. Limits of liability

The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee the accuracy of ads, the quality of items or the conduct of users, and we are not liable for losses arising from dealings between users. We do our best to keep the site available and safe, but it may occasionally be offline for maintenance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest update at the top. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
